ALL NORTHSTAR^™ HOMEOWNERS

NPOA Dues - $1000 per year.   All Northstar^™ property owners pay an annual fee of $1000 per year.  These Northstar^™ Property Owner Association dues pay for the maintenance and operation of the Northstar^™ Swim and Racquet Club. 

Annual Assessments in Property Tax Bill (approximate).
Tahoe Truckee School District/Sierra College - $0.52 per $1000 of assessed value plus $98.00
Snow Removal & Road Maintenance - $314.00
Water (houses only) - $320.00
Sewer - $557.00  (Village Rooms - $178.00)
Garbage - $263.00
Mosquito Control - $22.00
CONDOMINIUM OWNERS

In addition to NPOA dues & NCSD (Northstar^™ Community Services District) assessments, all condominium homeowners pay a monthly assessment. Assessments will vary by Association but in general these dues pay common area costs, such as snow removal in parking lots & pathways, exterior maintenance, security, insurance, management, reserve funding, water, etc. Currently, assessments are approximately:
